National orders are shipped via the Swedish Post. All European orders are shipped via DHL and the rest of the world with UPS. Estimated delivery times are 2-5 days within Sweden, 2-7 days within Europe and 4-14 days for the rest of the world.
Orders are shipped weekdays Monday - Friday, orders placed during the weekend/bank holiday will be processed the following weekday.
TÄRNSJÖ GARVERI AB will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.
Cost for shipping depends upon the product/products being purchased and the type of delivery service you chose. Cost for shipping is presented in the shopping cart. We have free shipping in Sweden.
Order Confirmations are sent out automatically as an order is placed, and is regarded as a confirmation that an order has been placed. As the order is processed and shipped a shipping confirmation is sent out confirming the purchase.

When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order.
Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
